1. What’s your turnaround time?

Standard delivery is next day 24 to36 hours after the shoot for photos; 3D floor plans and virtual staging typically add 24 to 48 hours. 

2. How many photos do I get?

No hard limit on images for listed packages up to 2,099 sqft; we deliver everything the property reasonably needs.

3. Do packages include floor plans or drone?

Yes, Standard includes a 2D floor plan + 2 drone images; Premium includes a 2D floor plan + 5 drone images. (3D floor plans available as add-on.)

4. What about twilight shots?

Included: 2 twilight images in Standard and 5 in Premium. You can choose virtual twilight (fast & budget-friendly) or on-site twilight. 

5. Do you travel outside Tucson?

Yes, surrounding areas are covered. Trips outside the Tucson metro may include a travel fee, (quoted upfront based on distance).

6. Are you FAA-licensed for drone flights?

Yes, I follow FAA rules and weather/airspace restrictions; if conditions prevent flying, I will reschedule drone portions. Until better weather conditions. 

7. How do I book and pay? 

You’ll need to request a day for you photoshoot via email; and you can pay via secure link/invoice (Square, PayPal, or card). You’ll get automatic confirmations and receipts.  

8. What file formats do you deliver?

 MLS-ready (resolution/ratio optimized) 

9. Can you help with virtual staging?

Yes, virtual staging per image with fast turnaround 24 to 48 hrs.
